Our Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached). Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Bras
  • Bustiers
  • Bathrobes
  • Headgear
  • Gloves

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 2 business days, our team will email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Detailed packing instructions
  • Return shipping address (47 Palmerston Rd, Aberdeen, GB AB7G 8BI)

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Please include:

  • All original packaging and tags
  • The completed returns form (included in your original shipment)
  • Copy of your order confirmation

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund timing: 5-7 business days after processing
  • Refund method: Original payment card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) or PayPal account

Exchange Process

For size/color exchanges:

  1. We’ll process your exchange once the original item is received and inspected
  2. You’ll receive shipping confirmation for your replacement item
  3. Standard shipping fees apply for the new shipment

If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Damaged or Incorrect Items
